The foritensum test Foritensum is what some people would call an IQ test. It was inspired by Logima Strictica 36 by Robert Lato. I have tried to come up with a good mix of problems, some of them hard and others extremely difficult. Foritensum is meant to be culture fair; an alien from a different planet should have the same chance to score well as someone raised and living in the western world. You need both the test and the answer sheet to be able to solve the problems. Print them out, all eight pages (not double-sided). No instructions should be necessary, but two examples are included in the test. There is no time limit for this test. You may use any reference materiel, but you are not allowed to consult or discuss with other people. I would be especially interested to know if you have been able to use a computer in any helpful way, I believe that programming skills should be of no advantage when solving this test. Comments and questions can be sent to foritensum@zzlevo.net. I won't give away any hints, but I would appreciate if you tell me what you like and don't like about the test. Foritensum isn't normed yet and it won't give you an estimate of your IQ. Whether or not it is accepted for admission to IQ societies is up to each society. I would like to thank everybody who have helped me create this test. I have given some preliminary versions to friends and colleagues who have given valuabe input. Special thanks to Staffan Harling who has had many great ideas and comments. Thanks also to Niklas Hallqvist, Håkan Olsson, Ralf Lundberg, Martin Fredriksson and Olof Samuelsson.
